If you are purchasing a condominium a standard clause to your Agreement of Purchase and Sale will be that the purchase is conditional upon a solicitors review of the condominium status certificate.  Please be advised that we will review your condominium status certificate within twenty-four (24) hours of having it provided to our offices and such review is a service that is already included in our standard flat fee quotations and you will not be charged extra for such review.
